House of Dior

160 - 162 New Bond Street

We were delighted to be selected to provide the electrical and mechanical services for House of Dior New Bond Street. Set over 6 floors this opulent and visually stylized masterpiece from renowned New York architect Peter Marino is, as a finished product, breath taking.

PIP’s works included the provision of the shell and core infrastructure and fit out to retail and office spaces. This project presented many challenges as the building undertook significant structural refurbishment with only listed areas and facade being retained. We were please to meet these challenges in a flexible and collaborative manor with our client, Chorus Group.
